Recently the Government has relaunched the very impactful female empowerment initiative called Assam Orunodoi Scheme under which the Government aims to provide financial help and support to all the females across the state. Now the Government has started to distribute the Orunodoi 2.0 Card Download online, All those citizens who have applied under this Orunodoi Scheme and are selected as beneficiaries will get this Orunodoi 2.0 Card online provided by the Government. With the help of this card, citizens will be able to avail of financial benefits provided by the Government.

About Orunodoi 2.0 Card
The Government of Assam State launched the Assam Orunodoi Scheme in which the Government wants to provide financial help to all the eligible females across the state. All those citizens who are selected as beneficiaries under this scheme will be given an Orunodoi 2.0 Card so that they can use this card to get benefits of this Orunodoi Scheme. Under this scheme, the Government will provide financial aid of INR 1,250 to all the females who come from economically weaker sections of the state. With the help of this card, the citizens will be able to avail the financial help provided under this scheme. As per the reports stated by the Government, Till now about 27 Lakh families have received Orunodoi Cards from the Authorities.

Orunodoi 2.0 Card Distribution to New Beneficiaries
Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, has announced the addition of 5,000 more beneficiaries under the Assam Orunodoi 2.0 scheme. The Government will distribute new Orunodoi 2.0 cards to all the new beneficiaries, along with the total beneficiaries beneficiaries. As per the reports stated by the Officials, the total number of Beneficiaries under this scheme is 19,000 with an overall budget of INR 5,300 Crores for the implementation and distribution of the cards under this scheme. All those citizens who are selected as beneficiaries under this initiative can simply visit the Official Website and download the beneficiary card online.
