About Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Mandap Yojana 2025
The Chief Minister of Bihar State has approved this Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Mandap Yojana on 24th June, 2025. A very impactful welfare initiative was launched to provide Marriage support and assistance to all the poor families residing in Rural Areas. According to this scheme, the Government will construct Marriage Halls across all 8,053 Gram Panchayats in Bihar State so that all the Families who come from financially weaker sections can use these Marriage Halls for the Marriage of their Daughters without any expenses and financial issues.
Each Marriage Hall will be constructed for INR 50 Lakhs & will be managed by the Jeevika Didis, who are members of the state’s women-led livelihood mission. Along with that, the Cabinet has approved the total budget of INR 4,026.50 Crores for the Implementation of this scheme.
