Officials of Delhi University have released a youth empowerment initiative called JAIHIND Scheme Delhi University, in which the Officials aim to provide training for basic university entrance exams like CUET training to all the eligible youth belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST) communities. Under this scheme, all the students from 9th to 12th standards will be provided free coaching for the Common University Entrance Test, along with practical skills and orientation under this initiative. All those students who come from remote tribal areas and are scheduled tribe citizens can visit the Official Website and fill out the Application Form under this scheme.

About the JAIHIND Scheme Delhi University
This JAIHIND Scheme Delhi University was launched on 18th June, 2025 at Delhi University Campus in the presence of Ministry of Education, According to this scheme the DU Officials will equip students from scheduled tribes (ST) and provide them free training for Common Univeristy Entrance Test (CUET) along with proper practical skills and guidance. Till now, the Officials have started the first batch under this scheme that comprises 25 Meritorious students from the Tangkhul Naga Tribe in Manipur’s Ukhrul District. All those students who come from Remote Tribal Areas and are from Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities can simply visit the Official Website and fill out the registration form under this scheme.
Purpose of the Delhi University JAIHIND Scheme
The main purpose behind this JAIHIND Scheme at Delhi University is to empower students from Scheduled Tribes (ST) by providing them free training for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) along with enhancing their practical skills and guidance from start to end. Under this scheme, the Government aims to provide free coaching to all the Scheduled Tribes Students studying from the 9th to 12th standards.
